    Code of Conduct and Trademark
   
Equesport Sales Representatives, Tack Stores, Vendors, and like shall adhere to the following 
rules of conduct, which include, but are not limited to:
 
Representative shall not disparage, denigrate, "run down" or
make any negative comments regarding EqueSport products.
 
Representatives shall at all times maintain professionalism
 and shall not perform any  duties  while intoxicated in any manner or under the
influence of any illegal drug.
 
Under no circumstances shall the representative market, sell,
distribute, solicit, invent, create or be involved in any way with a 
manufacturer or manufacturing of similar products without 
express written approval of Equesport during and/or after 
representation of Equesport products.
 
Representatives understand and agree that any failure to
enforce this code of conduct may result in legal action.
 
Equesport is protected under trademark, small business, and national business laws and regulations.
 
VIOLATION OF CONDUCT
If you feel that an Equesport representative has violated this code of conduct governed by state laws please notify
